This Article discusses the reasons why billions of Dollars un-accounted money is being routed to IRF and Peace TV by Saudi Government.

Extensive propagation of Salafism is carried out by IRF by their Satellite Peace TV Channels; Cable TV networks and public lectures. In addition, they have trained thousands of Preachers to spread Salafism in the name of Islam in different parts of the world.
Peace TV was launched in October 2006 on Arab Sat - ‘Satellite BADR-3′. Within one month of it launch, in November 2006 it was made available on ‘Satellite BADR-4 and BADR-C’. In 2007 it became available on ‘PanAmSat PAS-10′.
Initially all its programs were in English. In July 2009 Peace TV Urduwas launched. They are now in the process of launching Peace TV Bengali by the end of 2010-11.
Their official Websites claim that Peace TV programs are available free-to-air in over 150 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and North America and over 50 million people watch these programs.

The cost can be broadly divided into the following headings.
(1) Setting up costs (land, buildings and other infra-structure)
(2) Establishment costs
(3) Equipment and Machinery and other supplies
(4) Establishment of a Production Company to make Programs and Episodes
(5) Content development, hiring of speakers, presenters and other staff.
(6) Annual fees, salaries, stage show costs, etc.

A question was asked on Yahoo Answers as to how much does it cost to start a realistically big global TV channel?
The best answer chosen by the informed majority voters is given below.
Ans. “A minimum, half a billion dollars. Aside from the start up cost of equipment, the cost of shows, and the cost of people, you have to convince cable and satellite providers to carry your channel..”
Meaning, the cost may come around one billion dollars.
Major TV Channels like CNN, BBC and others whose programs are available in many parts of the world are reported to be spending over US $ 1 billion as annual recurring expenses. This information is available on their Websites and on Internet.
Peace TV’s establishment costs and annual budgets are not available on their official websites. However, looking at the standard state-of-the-art broadcasts and their lavish spending in stage programs, like their annual Peace Conferences and others, it can easily be presumed that Peace TV may be spending more than US $ 1 billion annually as recurring expenses because they are running two Channels; Peace TV English and Peace TV Urdu and using many Cable TV networks.
On October 31, 2010, Dr. Naik announced that he is launching a third Channel, Peace TV Bengla, by the end of 2010 by spending huge amount.

In addition, they are spending huge undisclosed sums on their Salafi Da’wa activities which involves running of schools, hundreds of Salafi Da’wa Centers in India and other countries, publications of books, CDs, Salafi Da’wa Training Programs, maintenance of large work force and acquiring and maintaining prestigious real estate in India and other parts of the world.
Dr. Naik’s spending seems to have no bounds.
Recently he mentioned that he is planning to establish a Global Islamic Bank. This bank will definitely compete with BNP – $ 3.2 trillion, RBS – $ 2.99 trillion, Berkleys – $ 2.54 trillion and HSBC – $ 2.42 trillion assets, because whatever Zakir Naik does, he does it in style. His Global Peace TV Network is an example of his spending prowess.
It looks money is flowing like Amazon river in Dr. Naik’s IRF .
Dr. Naik may say that the estimates provided in this Article are too high. OK. For argument sake let us reduce his spending to half of what we described above; still IRF expenses will run into billions of US Dollars annually.
Sources of Funds of Dr. Zakir Naik
Dr. Naik claims that all his expenses are met by individual Zakat charity. But the question is who could be giving billions of Dollars to of Zakat to Dr. Naik for his huge day to day spending.
The individual contribution of people who pay him Zakat amount, plus his lectures fee, etc., may not go beyond 2 to 5 million US Dollars annually. Then how is he managing this massive network without any known income sources?

(4) Money Laundering in Peace Conference Extravaganza
(a) The fourth annual 10-Day Peace Conference Extravaganza between 22-31 October, 2010 was held at 35 acre sprawling Somaiya Ground, Off Eastern Express Highway, Sion Mumbai, India.
Somaiya Ground is owned by Somaiya Education Society, Phone 91-22-24080331. Dr. Naik took this ground on rent for the whole month of October 2010. The daily rent of this huge ground could be between 1-2 million Indian Rupees per day.However, details in this context are not available on their websites.
(b) The Magnificent Main Stage for the Conference (more than 5000 sft., with state-of-the-art intelligent prop and lighting, modified everyday for 10 days, for a fresh look and feel) can be compared with the opening and ending ceremony stages of Beijing Olympic and Delhi Common Wealth games.
(c) Somaiya Ground witnessed 5-Star arrangements for hundreds of thousands of people who attend this 10 day event. Dr. Naik announced that there were 2000 volunteers to look after the arrangements on the Ground.
(d) It was A-Class sitting arrangement for men and women for hundreds of thousands of people.
(e) Professional TV Recording with more than 45 Digital Beta cam and High Definition 4:4:4 Cameras, over 15 Jimmy Jibs of 40 ft. height, Akela Cranes of 80 ft. height and other state-of-the-art equipment was used in this Magnificent Peace Extravaganza.
(f) Food, and standard accommodation was provided to thousands of people associated with this Grand event. It must have cost a fortune to IRF to maintain thousands of peoples’ accommodation, food in hotels and transportation to and fro to the Conference Venue which was far away from the main city of Mumbai for more than one month.
(g) Over 100,000 thousand people who came from all parts of India to attend the 10 day event stayed in and around the Conference venue and all of them must have been supported with food and temporary accommodation by IRF till they stayed in Mumbai.
(h) VIPs, Guests and Speakers from other parts of India and other countries were provided with excellent stay in famous hotels, food, transportation and air travel.
(i) Ten Day Exhibition
An Exhibition featuring 300 panels and 50 model displays, spread over 30,000 sq. ft. in Air Conditioned pavilions was organized during this Extravaganza.
(h) Ten Day Halal Products Expo
A 10-day Halal Products Expo, promoting trade networking, showcasing Halal Certified Food, Financial and Investment Products and Opportunities; Halal Consumables, Herbal and Health care Products, Cosmetics and related Products was also set up. A congregation of the international traders, buyers, investors, fund managers, agents, businessmen, media, influential government officials, decision makers and a host of others were invited.
(i) Newspapers Advertisements
Seventy Eight (78) big and small advertisements in Indian newspapers were placed for this Conference by IRF at an estimated cost of 7 million Indian Rupees. . We are unaware if IRF placed ads in other countries and on Internet because this information is not provided on their Website.
(j) It was announced in Newspapers that the Peace Conference was attended by the Imam of Grand Mosque of Makka, dignitaries and members of Saudi Royal Family.
(k) Dr. Naik is spending similar amounts every year in these yearly Conference Extravaganzas since 2007.
On 31st October, 2010, the concluding night of the Conference, Dr. Naik announced in front of hundreds of thousands of people that he is in close contact with King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Naik also disclosed to the public that the King gave his Personal Royal Airplane for Saudi dignitaries to attend this conference.
Dr. Naik talked at length about his special relationship and closeness with the Royal family of Saudi Arabia.
He elaborated how Saudi Embassy in India and Government officials in Saudi Arabia worked closely in making sure that the Saudi dignitaries attend the Conference.
Dr. Naik also said that he knows all Imams of the Grand Mosques of Makka personally as he meets with them very often.
He went on to say that when he wanted an Imam of the Grand Mosque to attend the Conference and mentioned it to the King, the King offered him to take any Imam of his (Dr. Naik’s) choice to the Conference. Dr. Naik first selected Imam Sudais to attend the Conference. But it so happened that Imam Sudais could not make it in view of some emergency (which was not disclosed by Dr. Naik). Then Dr. Naik selected Imam Shuraim to attend the Conference.
It seems, Saudi Government and the King himself are more than willing to give anything to Dr. Naik. They were very keen that Dr. Naik’s Peace Conference becomes a memorable extravaganza in the world.
When we look at Dr. Naik’s closeness with Royal family, as announced by him in the Conference, and his unlimited spending prowess, it is easier to figure out the primary source of Dr. Naik’s money laundering.
But, the billion dollar question is why Saudis are paying such huge unaccounted and undisclosed sums to Dr. Naik every year?
No body will pay billions of Dollars unless they have a major objective behind it.
Saudi Royal family’s support to Dr Naik cannot be for Islamic propagation because the whole world knows about their questionable life style and open disregard to Islamic Sharia. As per critics, the Royal family is not only involved in financial corruption, but they are also involved, up to their feet, in worst type of moral corruption anyone can imagine.
Saudi Currency notes have pictures of Khana-e-Ka’aba, Prophet’s (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) Rawdha and Dome of Rock in Jerusalem. Look how a Saudi Prince is throwing these notes on a prostitute in a night club and how they are trampling these notes below their shoes. This is the respect of holy places in the eyes of the Saudi Royal family (Astaghfirullah).
The Success of Dr. Naik
It looks the entire gamut of activities of Dr. Naik, including his so called Da’wa, is meticulously planned in the power corridors of Riyadh.
Dr. Naik’s example seems to be identical with Ibn Abd al-Wahhab Najdi,(1703-1792) who helped Sauds, the Feudal Lords of Najd, to extend their territory outside Najd and to establish their foothold in Arabian Peninsula. Abd al-Wahhab created Salafi frenzy in the masses. Sauds took advantage of this frenzy and with the help of British Empire captured the Islamic heartland of Hejaz. In return, they rewarded Abd al-Wahhab lavishly and made him and his sons their Ministers and Grand Muftis.
Zakir Naik (1965 - ) is helping Saudis to extend their rule outside the boundaries of Saudi Arabia / GCC countries (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) and to establish their foothold in the whole world by the same old tactic of preaching Salafism. He is spreading Salafi extremism and frenzy in the masses in the name of Islam and creating the same atmosphere in the world as was created by Abd al-Wahhab in Arabian Peninsula earlier. He is successful in developing a fear psycho in public, particularly among Muslims by scaring them from terms like Bidda, Shirk, Hell. He is creating an atmosphere in the world where people themselves will become slaves of Saudi Royal family considering them to be their saviors in this world and in Hereafter.
For Dr. Naik’s services, Saudis are paying him billions of Petro-Dollars unaccounted cash and gearing him to establish a Global Empire (Khilafah) for them.
Saudis are working on a well thought over and tested strategy to rule the world. That is why they are spending billions of dollars to convert Muslims, Christians, Hindus and everyone else into Salafism, a new religion invented by them over 200 years ago based on the infamous beliefs of Ibn Taymiyyah (1263-1328).
Will Saudis succeed in establishing their empire in the world like they did before in Arabian Peninsula?
As Dr. Naik is not disappointing them, the Saudis seem to be marching in that direction without even being noticed by the world.
They are spending undisclosed billions of Petro-Dollars to woo leaders of various Muslim sects and poor people to support their Salafi Ideology. Dr. Naik has been successful in subjugating Deobandis, Tabhlighees, Jamaat-e-Islami, Ahle Hadith and a host of other sectarian leaders under his Salafi band wagon. These sects were supposedly the followers of Imams of Fiqh, but they have now surrendered completely to Salafi ideology whole heartedly.

Saudis are using Dr. Naik to counter the influence of Shias of Iran and to marginalize the real Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamah, the people who are actually on the straight path of Islam; by branding them as Sufis in order to take up the mantel of Islamic leadership in the world. They have three most effective weapons in their hands; (i) Islamic heartland – Makka and Madina, (ii) support of United States, and (iii) unlimited Petro-Dollar wealth. Therefore, they are in a great hurry to establish their Kingdom (Khilafah) in the world through back door assault on people in the shape of Dr. Naik’s Salafi preaching.
As a matter of fact, one of the Speakers of the 2010 Peace Conference, mentioned about this imminent happening in an emotional tone in his brief address on the concluding night of the Conference on October 31, 2010.

Saudi Arabian Royals are reportedly the high end clients of Global prostitution rings. In addition, they are famous buyers of Child Sex Slaves for their Palaces in Saudi Arabia. Earlier, these slaves were purchased in Africa and poor Asian countries. However, with the current inflow of oil wealth, Saudi princes have extended their slave purchases all over the world. Oil wealth has enabled them to become more selective and specialized in Child Sex Slave purchases in the high end European and North American market.
The Middle East Times reported that “Saudi Princes dehumanize child sex slaves obtained through their International Sex Rings by demeaning them and calling them whores so as not to come into conflict with Saudi religious tenets”.
These sex slaves are allegedly sold and resold until they are used up whereupon they are helicoptered over Rubal Khali and dumped.
It is not just the Royals, the entire Saudi society seem to be inebriated with money power and total absence of accountability. Among them there may be some rational voices which are silenced by the affluents. how a rich Saudi is throwing money on a prostitute in a night club.
Salafi scholars have changed Islam completely by misinterpreting Quranic verses and Ahadith. They seem to be completely fearless from Allah ( سبحانہ و تعا لی ). They openly show total disregard to Prophet Mohammad (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم). They humiliated the Prophet(صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) by constructing a public toilet on his house in Makka where he lived 28 years with his family.
We are giving below a few instances of their complete deviation from Islam.
(i) They have invented a Sky Idol God for worship who has hands, eyes, face and a huge human like physical body and sits over the skies. They claim this Idol is unique and has created this Universe. They prostrate in front of this Idol 5-times a day during their Salah.
Ibn Baz (1910-1999) the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia wrote God has (i) a physical body (al-jism), (ii) He is physically sitting on the sky, (iii) He has limbs, hands, eyes, tongue, face, legs, shins etc.
The above characteristics of Salafi Sky God are similar in nature with Hindu God Vishnu. The only difference is, Vishnu is married and Salafi Sky God is single.
A person’s act of prostration will be judged according to his intention.
It is in Hadith - Narrated Umar bin Al-Khattab (رضئ اللہ تعالی عنہ) : I heard Allah’s Apostle (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) saying, “The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. (Bukhari – Book #1, Hadith #1).
If a Salafi, who believes in Sky God is prostrating in a mosque or in front of Kabatullah or in Masjid-e-Nabawi, the Angels who record his deeds will write his name as Idol worshiper only. There cannot be two opinions in this context because his intention is very well known to the Angels.
The Idol worship of Salafi Groups is more serious than other Idol worshipers in the sense that they have created an Sky God for themselves by misinterpreting Quranic verses and Ahadith. This is similar to the people of Moses (علیھ السلا م) who made an Idol of Calf as their God and started worshiping theCalf God in the absence of Prophet Moses (علیھ السلا م ).
It is in Quran - And who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah ( سبحانہ و تعا لی ) or (he who) gives the lie to His communications (verses of Quran); surely the unjust will not be successful. ( Al-An-A’am-21).
(ii) Salafis sacrifice animals in the name of their Sky God during Hajj and on Eid al-Adha and other occasions. When they sayBismillahi Allahu Akbar – they imagine a Sky God sitting over the skies with a huge human like physical body. They sacrifice animal for this Sky God. Therefore, their animal sacrifice is similar to what Makkan Apostates used to do for their Idol Gods.
It is in Quran - وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ (Meaning – Whatever is sacrificed in the name of anyone other than Allah - سبحانہ و تعا لی is forbidden). (Al-Maa’ida – 3).
Therefore, the meat of the animals sacrificed by Salafis and their like minded Groups is Haraam in Islam and Muslims should avoid this meat as far as possible.
(iii) They have changed the meanings of Quran and have published ‘Noble Quran’. They have removed over 5000 Ahadith (which were not in line with their Sky Idol God belief) from the authentic books of Ahadith and have published new versions of Ahadith books.
(iv) They have destroyed every single Islamic heritage memorial and relic that was kept intact for 1300 years by Muslims. They dug and destroyed over 60,000 pious graves of Sahabah, family members of Prophet Mohammad (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) and disposed of their bodies mysteriously
(v) Their claim of love of Prophet Mohammad(صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) is only to fool innocent Muslims as they treat the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) on par with common sinful human beings. They say there is no difference between the death of Prophet Mohammad (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) and the death of a Non believer as both are in effective after death (Astaghfirullah - We pray Allah - سبحانہ و تعا لی to save Muslims from hypocrites).

Haqeeqat-e-Mohammadi (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم)
They treat the pious graves of Prophet Mohammad (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم), his Sahabah and Awliya Allah as places of apostasy and ask people to stay away from them. They have humiliated the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) by destroying his house in Makka where he lived 28 years with his family and built a Public Toilet on it to be used by millions of people.

(vi) Legal Prostitution in Saudi / Salafi Society
Different kinds of legal opportunities have been created for Salafi men to exploit women in the name of Islam. They have invented several kinds of fake marriages. We are providing below some details in this regard.
(a) Misyaar - It is a temporary relationship between men and women. In this relationship the women relinquishes all her rights that are available to her in a Islamic marriage. It is claimed that 60 Salafi scholars, including Saudi Grand Mufti Shaikh Abdulaziz al-Shaikh endorsed Misyar relationship between men and women in their fatawas.
The terms and conditions of Misyar and Shia practice of Mutah (sexual pleasure ) are same except that in Misyar, it is claimed that the partners do not fix a time to end their sexual relationship and are free to leave each other anytime they wish. In Mutah, they fix a specific time, like one week, one month etc., and at the end of that period both man and woman are considered as legally separated. In Mutah and Misyaar, man and woman need not live together under the same roof. They can meet whenever the man demands and spend a few hours together in privacy and go to their homes quietly.
(b) Urfa - Most of these marriages are unannounced secret marriages between man and a woman, usually between University students, city employees, etc. These do not cost much and there is no need for a home for the couple to live together after marriage. In this relationship there are no official contracts signed and it does not give women any rights whatsoever.
(c) Mesyaf ( Summer holiday marriage) - It is a tourism marriage practiced by Saudis who go on summer vacation to other countries, like Yamen, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other countries. In these countries they take advantage of poor Muslim families by fake marriages with young, rather very young girls between the ages of 9 to 16 years in collusion with local middlemen and agents who are paid for these notorious services.
There are two types of fake marriages in Mesyaf.
(I) The woman / girl is made aware that the fake marriage is done for a short time for the Saudi to have sex with her. In this case, she bargains and gets paid an agreed amount in advance.
(II) The woman / girl and her parents are not made aware about the intentions of Saudis. Poor parents and the young girl consider that it is a regular Islamic marriage and that after marriage she will go to Saudi Arabia with her husband. These fake marriages are done with the knowledge and collusion of middlemen and agents. In these deceptive marriages, Salafis from Saudi Arabia and other rich Gulf countries spend 15 days to one month with these poor hapless young girls in hotels. At the end of their vacation, Saudis disappear in thin air leaving behind the devastated young girl and her parents. There are hundreds of thousands of young Muslim girls who have become victim to this Saudi practice. These girls later get involved in prostitution in these countries.
(d) Friend Marriage – This is a special marriage where the bride does not go out of her house. The male goes to her house or meets with her in a hotel and have sex with her. After that she goes back to her home. In this relationship women does not have any legal maintenance from the man. In most of the cases the woman demands a certain amount and gets it in advance.
(e) Misfar - Misfar is a deceptive marriage undertaken by Saudis who go to study in Western countries. In Misfar, Saudis marry local women but never disclose their true intentions. Once their studies are over or their businesses are accomplished, they dump their wives and children and go back to their countries. They use these women physically, emotionally and many a times financially since they save them the trouble of finding accommodation or facing the financial burdens on their own. Many Fatawa by Saudi Scholars in this context are available on official websites like Bin Baaz.
In all the above deceptive marriages, the arrangements are made discretely where women will have no evidence to pursue men legally. There is a massive network of Arabic dating websites that use revolutionary ways of interaction between total strangers where unsuspecting women are easily tricked into Saudi prostitution net in the guise of fake marriages.
Most alarming in this context is the latest Fatwa by Shaikh Adil Al-Kalbani, the Imam of the Grand Mosque of Makka issued on July 16, 2010. This Fatwa was published on www.al-arabiya.net.
Shaikh Kalbani, proclaimed this fatwa after receiving an email from an overseas Saudi male student studying in the ‘West’. The Saudi student, who is married and living with his wife, claims that he is worried about controlling his desires when he sees ‘Western’ females wearing seductive semi-naked clothes that arouse him.
He goes on to ask the Shaikh if it is OK to marry one of those women in a ‘Misfar’ marriage, which means marriage based on travel, because he claims that he can’t fight temptations and also accuses his wife of being frigid.
The old Shaikh Kalbani posted on his own website his fatwa that permits Saudis marrying Western women with the intention of divorcing them when they are finished with them without the pre-knowledge of the women of their deceitful plan.
Meaning, the Imam has given green light to Saudi overseas students and traveling businessmen to use women as disposable containers to relieve themselves sexually.
One of the prominent Salafis scholars of recent times, Shaikh Abdulaziz Ibn Baaz (1910-1999) who was Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, also gave a similar Fatwa (available in Majmua Fatawa wa Maqalat Mutanawwi’ah – 16 Volumes).
Ibn Baaz used to sell cloths with his brother in his childhood and early teens. By the time he was 16, (1927) he lost his eyesight and became completely blind within 2-3 years. He remained blind till his death in 1999. He is one of the three greatest innovators of recent times (the other two being Naseeruddin Al-Bani – 1914-1999 and Ibn Uthaymeen an-Najdi – 1925-2001) whose leadership, policies and influence had crippling effect on Islamic Sharia and Muslims Society in the whole world.
In 1990 someone asked Shaikh Ibn Baaz the following question.
Question: I heard one of your fatawa on audio-cassette in which you permitted marriages in foreign countries where the man marries with the intent of divorcing his wife after the termination of his employment or student visa. What, then, is the difference between this type of marriage and an invalid temporary marriage? What should he do if his wife bears him a daughter? Should he abandon her in a foreign country with her divorced mother? I am in need of clarification.
Fatwa: The Shaikh replied : “Yes, the Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and the Issuing of Fatawa, (in Saudi Arabia) over which I preside, has issued a fatwa permitting a marriage entered into with the intent of divorce as long as this intention remains concealed between the groom and his Lord. If he married in a foreign country with the undisclosed intent of divorcing his wife upon the completion of his studies or employment, he is not liable according to the majority of scholars.
Astaghfirullah - Salafism is not Islam. Salafis openly allow indiscriminate physical, spiritual, mental, emotional and financial rape of women by so many deceptive marriages devised by them to exploit poor needy women.
The statistics at Saudi Aabia, UAE and other Salafi dominated societies show that women are openly hooked dozens of times for short periods, sometimes even for an hour. In Yemen, Far East, Europe and other sex tourism countries, these deceptive marriages is a flourishing business through middlemen where Salafis from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries visit during summer months and spend their time with plenty of women.
What about women who get pregnant in all the above criminal marriages?
Either pregnancies are terminated or in case the woman decides to give birth to the child, she is responsible for his/her upbringing because she will never meet the person again in her life who is the biological father of her child. She is not allowed to disclose father’s name to her child or to anyone in society. Details in this context are available all over Internet. It is a known fact that thousands of children of Arab descent and Salafi features, born to prostitutes, and poor women who were victims of deceptive marriages in sex tourism destinations like Thailand, Yamen and other countries, loiter on the streets, mostly begging, perhaps from their own fathers during their summer vacations. These children are looked down by locals with hatred. The Internet is full of pathetic stories of these children who are forced to live like street dogs feeding from the garbage bins. Astaghfiruallah.
